Menu Plan Week of 2/15

Sunday: Using leftover Slow Cooker Vegan Refried Beans to make Easy Fiesta Beans, Salads, kids have tortilla chips (none for me!)

Monday: Leftover Red Cabbage Sauerkraut, Bratwurst, and Mettwurst

Tuesday: Lentil Shepherd's Pie

Wednesday: Dinner at Wheat Penny for me with coworkers- family gets leftover shepherd's pie

Thursday: Shakshuka

Friday: BLT, raw veggies, salads,

Saturday: Tuscan Tomato Bread Soup, Veggie Lasagna

Sunday: leftover Veggie Lasagna and Soup

Slow Cooker Applesauce
