Tuesday: Leftover Beans and Rice, salad

Wednesday: Lentil Shepherd's Pie, Brussels Sprouts

Thursday: Leftover Shepherd's Pie, Salad

Friday: BLTs, Sweet Potato Cottage Fries

Saturday: Vegan Tortilla Soup (from Forks Over Knives)
