Menu Plan Week of 1/10/15


Saturday: Vegetarian Pasta e Fagioli, Rainbow Chard with Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions

Sunday: hunt and peck

Monday: Roasted Veggie Panini with Pesto (using jarred pesto), Sweet Potato Chips

Tuesday: BLT on Ezekiel Bread, Steamed Mixed Veggies

Wednesday: Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni, Corn

Thursday: Spaghetti with Sauteed Onions and Cannellini Beans, Roasted Cauliflower

Friday: Hunt and Peck

Breakfasts:
Chocolate Protein Smoothies
Oatmeal
Cheerios

Lunches:
Freezer Bean Burritos
Cheddar Polenta with Pesto

Total spent at the grocery store this week: $103- and that included organic baby formula! This will be the last can of formula I will ever have to buy- hallelujah!
