Monday: Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup (with extra okra, no pasta or blackeye peas, and homemade veggie stock)

Tuesday: Leftover soup

Wed: More leftover soup!

Thursday: Pork Chops, Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Friday: Lentil Shepherd's Pie, Roasted Cauliflower

Saturday: Lunch at Olive Garden with family. Hunt and peck dinner.
