Menu Plan Monday



Sunday: Slow Cooker Beer Pot Roast (adding potato and carrots)

Monday: Leftover Roast and Veggies

Tuesday: Polenta with Rice and Beans from Forks Over Knives Cookbook

Wednesday: Mushroom, White Bean, and Tomato Stew over Millet

Thursday: The Quickest Black Bean Salad from Forks Over Knives Cookbook, over corn tortillas

Friday: Kids request Chicken Nuggets, Hunt and Peck for Adults, random veg from CSA box

Saturday: Trialing Vegan Veggie Lasagna for upcoming party, Rustic Peach Galette



Trying: P Chocolate Smoothie (frozen pea/chocolate)


To Do:

Soak and cook black beans in slow cooker
