Menu Plan Monday

Monday: Slow Cooker Boston Baked Beans, Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Tuesday: Leftover Beans, Pan Fried Sunchokes

Wednesday: Spaghetti with Shredded Zucchini (from our frozen stash)

Thursday: Lentil Shepherds Pie, Salad

Friday: BLTs, Roasted Sweet Potato Cottage Fries

Saturday: May grill burgers/hot dogs, weather-dependent, Grilled Pineapple, Corn

Sunday: Easter with Grandma- no cooking

Lunches: Making huge batch of 20 Freezer Bean and Cheese Burritos  (calculated cost of $0.60/burrito, as mine are corn and yogurt free)
