Monday: Hunt and Peck, lots of leftovers

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze, Roasted Broccoli

Wednesday: leftover pork, fresh red pepper and cucumber slices

Thursday: Lentil Mushroom Not-Roast with Polenta, Salad

Friday: BLTs, Salad, Corn

Saturday: dinner at Olive

Sunday: Mushroom Risotto
