Monday: Mushroom Risotto

Tuesday: Herb Roasted Whole Chicken (from local Ed Hill Farms), Roasted Root Vegetables,

Wednesday: Leftover Chicken and Veggies

Thursday: Spaghetti with Summer Squash, Mushrooms, and Onions

Friday: Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza

Saturday: Guinness Stew, Beer Bread, Colcannon Mashed Potatoes



Goodies to make: Pumpkin Bread to "BOO" our neighbors with, Chicken Stock in the Slow Cooker, Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies, Beetroot Puree to make Beetroot Chocolate Cupcakes for preschool Halloween party
