Menu Plan Monday





Monday: Pastured ground beef, sauteed with peas, carrots, and onion

Tuesday: Homemade Falafel, berries, veggies and dip

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burritos with Lime

Thursday: Baked Salsa Rice with Green Chilies, Lime, and Cilantro

Friday:  Simple Locally Raised Eggs and Wheat Toast, Pineapple

Saturday: Hot dog for the kids, baked potato and veggie burger patty for me

Sunday:hunt and peck
