Monday: Edamame, Romaine Salads, Fresh Pears, Sliced Bell Pepper

Tuesday: Whole Grain Pizza with Mushrooms, Onions, and No Cheese

Wednesday: Tuscan Baked Eggs, Romaine Salads, Pears

Thursday: Black Bean Burritos, Kale Chips, Fruit Smoothies

Friday: Falafel, Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes with Feta, Romaine Salad

Saturday: dinner out for sister's birthday at Olive Garden

Sunday: Mujadarrah

Lazy Night In A Pinch Meal: Simple Pasta and Jarred Pesto Sauce

Lunches: Hummus and Triscuits or PB & J, carrot sticks, clementines, almonds and walnuts, home made dairy-free Skinny Choco Chip Cookies

Breakfast: Non-fat Yogurt with Homemade Granola
