Menu Plan Monday

Monday: Homemade Hummus with crackers, Greek Yogurt with Berries and Honey, Pumpkin Bread

Tuesday: Spanish Rice and Beans

Wednesday: Leftover Spanish Rice

Thursday: Homemade Wheat Pizza with Lots of Peppers and Onion (we are getting a ton of peppers in the farm box, and my husband otherwise hates cooked peppers)

Friday: Penne Pasta with Zucchini and Basil Pesto

Saturday: Winds Cafe Dinner: Naked Garlic, Grilled Strip Steak

Sunday: Baked Eggs with Cheese, Tomato, and Bacon
