Menu Plan Monday






Sunday: Slow Cooker Baked Potato Soup (I add a bit of cheddar to mine)

Monday: (Boot Camp night) Homemade Fruit Smoothies with Hemp Protein (I mix several fruits, nix the yogurt, and use almond milk)

Tuesday: Zucchini Turkey Burgers, Pioneer Woman Green Beans (seriously, the BEST green beans I've ever had)

Wednesday: (Boot Camp night) Homemade Fruit Smoothies with Hemp Protein

Thursday: Pear Oven Pancake, Fresh Fruit, Green Salad

Friday: Homemade Pizza with Lots of Peppers and Onions

Saturday: Chunky Corn Chowder (substituting skim milk for the cream), Tomato and Cucumber Salad, Beer Bread


Snacks and Extras: Pumpkin Spice Bread made with Pureed Squash, Homemade Granola, which has now become a staple in our household
