Food Blog Lovin': Mushroom and White Bean Stew


We tried this recipe for Mushroom and White Bean Stew from Kalyn's Kitchen a couple weeks ago. It took very little time to whip up on the stove top. We had a bag of quinoa we needed to use up, so we ate it atop quinoa. It was quite good! We topped ours with a little bit of parmesan. The quinoa was leftover from my SIL, so it was free to us, and everything else was probably about $3. Simple and frugal!
