Homemade Pizza With Whole Wheat Crust
I made the sauce for this pizza with a $0.25 can of tomato sauce, and added powdered garlic, oregano, and basil.
The recipe comes from my best friend Val. It has good wheat flavor without being too strong. This pizza wasn't on the menu for tonight, but I had leftover peppers from the veggie wraps, and provolone cheese that was going to expire in a day or so that I didn't want to go to waste.
The dough took 90 minutes in my bread machine, and it took 20 minutes to cook.
The end result- scrumptious!
