Menu Plan Monday


Monday: Baba Ghanoush, Hummus, and homemade pita with feta

Tuesday: Pear Oven Pancake

Wednesday: Black Bean Burritos

Thursday: hunt and peck, probably eggs and toast

Friday: Creamy Tomato Baked Rigatoni (using broccoli and spinach)

Saturday: Black Bean Burgers, Oven Fries

Sunday: Whole Wheat Pasta with No-Cook Sauce
