Menu Plan Monday

Monday: Omelettes with Mushrooms, Onions, and Cheddar

Tueday: Bacon Tomato Pasta

Wednesday: Slow Cooker meal of Beef, Cabbage, Celery, and Stewed Tomatoes

Thursday: leftover beef and cabbage

Friday: Pan-Fried Onions and Potatoes (I use olive oil) with Mettwurst

Saturday: Black Bean and Vegetable Quesadilla
Homemade Guacamole
Spanish Rice

Creamy Pasta and Spinach

Day Care Snacks: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, made dairy-free
Strawberries and Kiwi
Multi-grain Cheerios
