Menu Plan Monday


Monday: evil Wendy's

Tuesday: Swiss Steak in the slow cooker, cheesy instant mashed potatoes (were free from Kroger)

Wednesday: BLT with fake bacon (the husband is out with friends)

Thursday: Black Bean Burritos

Friday: Bacon Tomato Pasta

Saturday: Chicken Piccata, Scalloped Potatoes

Sunday: Ranch Bell Pepper Wrap
(mix 1 package dry ranch seasoning into 2 packages light cream cheese, plus chopped bell peppers and black olives. Spread on low-carb tortilla and add sliced tomato.)
