Menu Plan Monday


Need to use up this week: lots of shredded cheese, cream cheese, and eggs from recent deals.


Monday: Husband is making a Roasted Red Pepper Pasta from a 15-yr old grocery checkout cooking pamphlet.
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup, using Paula Deen recipe (I'm omitting blackeyed peas and pasta)
Wednesday: Corn and Potato Chowder with Bacon
Thursday: Leftover Chowder
Friday: Deviled Eggs, Salads, Sliced Tomatoes, Pumpkin Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
Saturday: Hosting Girls Night In: providing Mini Pigs-In-A-Blanket, Skyline Chili Dip with tortilla chips ( I usually add some onions to this), and Tortilla Roll-Ups;

Sunday: husband has hockey practice. Fake Bacon BLT for me with Oven Roasted Fries. Making Chicken Stock in the slow cooker today.

Day Care goodies:
Homemade chicken nuggets
(I plan on trying to add some spinach into the puree to sneak some veggies in)
Apple Oatmeal Muffins
Dairy-Free Waffles
